Some newish designs

Yay finally something to add to my dA page! Most of my recent submissions aren't particularly new designs, but they're very nice photos that I took for my new retail catalog.

I haven't really been that creative lately, given that most of my work time is spent making hot sauce and trying to get some jewelry sales in this freakin economy, but at least I'm submitting something new! Tell me what you think? If you like them you can order many of my designs direct from my site @ luminosityfashions.com Mention DeviantArt and get a free gift with your order!

Thanks for your feedback!

I do! What are you looking to trade?

Back for another question!

I was wondering if you know of a good way/a possible way to make a strapless corset with a connected underwear-style bottom? Something like Poison Ivy's outfit: [link]

Thank you!
:iconwaistedspace:
That sort of thing can be very tricky: You'd probably need to make the lower portion out of something stretchy, or sitting could make for the world's most uncomfortable wedgie! I think your best bet would be to make a teddy with light boning, rather than a full-on corset, but then again creativity can lead to all sorts of spontaneous engineering. If you're serious about trying to make this I'd pick up a copy of "Pattern Making For Fashion Design", and do some experimenting. Good luck!

Dear Waisted,
I can see that you like color and texture. I constantly watch the sunsets over the seasons. I used to think that some day I would come up with work that held the beauty of the sun as it sinks from the day. But, I know, and I knew then, that I could only be driven by those moments, and I would not come close enough to echoing the beauty of the evening sky. hbut, that is enough for me.
:iconwaistedspace:
Rather than attempting to capture the beauty of the moment, you can present what makes it beautiful for you :)

Good thought... That is what abstract art is all about, the essence. Smitty
